Story

Chiru plays a college student role in this 1980 flick. He is obessed with Chandipriya(Jayaprada) and expresses his love for her and is rejected. She invites him to his house to show off her wealth and insults him for his poverty. Chiru's family, consisting of his mother and sister are also warned by chandipriya's father Gummadi. But Chiru is unable to forget her.

Enters Sobhanbabu, step brother of Chiru, who left the house when he was young. He returns as a multimillionaire. Sobhan babu gets to know about Chiru's love and its consequences and promises Chiru to unite him with Chandipriya. He meets Chandipriya and she recognizes him as her ex-love. He explains how he left for another city, met a rich guy, and made money.

Now, sobhan wants chandi to mary Chiru, but her father does not trust Sobhan's background. He beleives in rumours about sobhan killing the rich guy in city and grabbing his property. Sobhan manages to disprove their allegations and unites chiru and jayaprada.
